Corporate training that changes how your team actually works

Most training gets forgotten within a fortnight. Ours sticks because we build every session around the real problems your staff face on Monday morning. Based in Dachthorpe, Northern Ireland, we work on-site with organisations across the region.

Before we design anything, we run a readiness check with your leadership team. That conversation shapes everything: the topics, the pace, the follow-up schedule. No off-the-shelf slide decks.

Quick readiness check

Have you identified specific skill gaps in the last six months?
Is your management layer prepared to reinforce new behaviours after training?
Can you dedicate at least half a day per month for the first quarter?
Do you have a way to measure performance before and after?

If you ticked three or more, you are ready for a structured programme. If fewer, a discovery session is a better first step.

From first call to measurable change

We do not sell training days by the dozen. Every engagement follows a clear path designed to prove its own value. Here is what that looks like in practice.

The total timeline from first conversation to final review typically spans eight to twelve weeks, though shorter sprints are possible for compliance-driven deadlines.

Discovery call

A 30-minute conversation with your HR lead or department head. We ask about current pain points, team size, and any previous training that did or did not work.

Needs audit

We spend a half-day on-site observing workflows, interviewing a cross-section of staff, and reviewing performance data you share with us. This shapes the programme brief.

Programme design

We write the session plan, choose the right mix of classroom, online, and on-the-job elements, and send it to you for review within five working days.

Delivery

Sessions run at your premises or a venue of your choice. Group sizes stay under 16 to keep interaction high. Every session includes exercises drawn from your real work.

Impact review

Six weeks after the final session, we return to measure changes against the baseline set during the audit. You receive a written report with recommendations for next steps.

Who this is built for

We work with organisations that take development seriously enough to invest real time in it, not just budget. Here are the profiles that get the most from our programmes.

Growing mid-size firms

You have between 30 and 250 staff. Your managers were promoted for technical skill but never trained to lead people. We close that gap with practical management programmes that respect how busy your team already is.

Regulated industries

Financial services, healthcare, food production: sectors where compliance training is mandatory but often delivered as a box-ticking exercise. We make it stick by connecting regulation to daily decisions your staff actually face.

Public sector and charities

Tight budgets and high accountability. We structure programmes to fit funding cycles and reporting requirements, and we are comfortable working within procurement frameworks common across Northern Ireland's public bodies.

Why context changes everything

Consider a leadership workshop. A generic version teaches models like situational leadership or GROW coaching. Useful in theory. But if the participants manage a warehouse night shift where decisions happen in seconds, those models need to be translated into that reality before they become usable.

That translation is what we do. Before any session, we gather real scenarios from your workplace. We build exercises around them. Participants practise with material they recognise, which means the skills transfer back to work the next day.

We also involve line managers in the design process. When a manager understands what their team learned, they can reinforce it. Without that reinforcement loop, even the best training fades.

"The compliance refresher they ran for our care staff was the first time anyone in the room said they actually understood why the regulations exist, not just what they say."
Training coordinator, Antrim care provider
"Our presentation skills used to be a running joke. After two days with Pure Value, our quarterly reviews to the board became something people prepared for with confidence."
HR manager, Derry engineering company
"They spotted a process bottleneck during the audit that we had been living with for years. The efficiency programme paid for itself within the first month."
Warehouse operations lead, Lisburn distributor

Choosing the right starting point

Start with a discovery session if…

  • You are not sure which skills to prioritise
  • Previous training did not deliver visible results
  • You want an external perspective on team dynamics
  • Budget has not been formally allocated yet

Go straight to a programme if…

  • You have a clear brief and identified participants
  • A compliance deadline is approaching
  • Management has already committed time and budget
  • You need measurable outcomes within a quarter

Questions we hear often

Yes. We travel across the UK for multi-day programmes. For shorter sessions, we can deliver remotely via video with interactive exercises built into the platform. Travel costs outside Northern Ireland are quoted separately.
We work with groups as small as four. Smaller groups get more individual attention, so the per-person investment is higher but the depth of learning increases significantly.
Absolutely. Many clients combine leadership and communication, or compliance and operational efficiency. We design blended tracks that connect related skills so participants see how they reinforce each other in practice.
During the needs audit we agree on two or three measurable indicators: things like error rates, staff survey scores, or time-to-complete for specific tasks. We benchmark those before training starts and measure again six weeks after the final session.
